One of the seven Watchers. He was a friend of Enoch, and fell in love with humans when Enoch describe them to him long ago. When he fell on Earth, he lost his voice, now unable to pronounce words.

Unlike the other Watchers, he doesn't interrupt Enoch's ascension of the Tower.
