Carlos Oscar De Vil was a major character of the Descendants franchise. He was the son of Cruella De Vil from One Hundred and One Dalmatians. He was one of the first four VKs to attend Auradon Prep along with Evie, Jay, and Mal. He died from unknown circumstances in between the third film and Descendants: The Royal Wedding, due to the passing of his actor, Cameron Boyce.
