Lua, along with his twin sister Luca, aid Yusei Fudo, whom they adore and support in his duels while making fun of fate. Lua is the older twin.

Although they are young, they approach into harsh duels and love to be with Yusei. Lua is a boy who is lively and blundering. He hates to be defeated, so he always cries when he loses in a duel. He also thinks about protecting his delicate sister.
