Was a nurse at Central Hospital on Fezzan, and the former fiancée of Imperial High Admiral Cornelius Lutz. She met Lutz whilst he was recuperating in hospital following a terrorist bombing which occurred on Fezzan in April of 800 UC. By mid-July of the same year, they were engaged to be married.
spoilerFollowing Lutz's death on Uruvasi, Clara was offered survivor benefits by Kaiser Reinhard; however, she turned them down. Hildegard von Mariendorf remarked that Clara's independence was likely what drew Lutz to her, and suggested instead that Reinhard use the benefit money to establish a fund to train military nurses, and have Clara take part in its administration
