NOTE: If the following report doesn't feel as lengthy as my usual reports, it's due to the fact that this weekend is Anime USA, and I wanted to get this report done before I head to the con (as that will be a priority report-wise next week).
On Monday, another figure arrived in the mail for me. This time around, I continued my collection of figures based on To Heart 2: Final Dragon Chronicle with Sasara in her fighter attire. While there is an entry for her here on My Anime Shelf, it hasn't been filled out yet (with me trying to add some information when I marked her as "owned").
Before I did my usual photo shoot for my recent addition of my figure collection, I had to deal with a tricky situation. While taking off the plastic that was attached to the figure, I learned that the bra piece of Sasara's outfit is castoffable. In other words, that piece can be removed to expose Sasara's breasts.
While I'm sure that a lot of people would be interested in seeing some exposed boobies, in my case, I prefer to keep the bra on, given my family upbringing (I may like sexy outfits, but I'm not the type who usually is into hentai). As such, I ended up having to spend a few minutes fixing the bra piece so that way it will stay on (while the piece goes around the neck, there's a strap on one of the sides that needed to be fastened).
Once I got that part fix (and gave Sasara her axe and attached her to the figure's base), it was time to take some photos. Again, since this a regular figure (and not one that I can pose), I went with taking pictures from different angles.
After the photo shoot, it was time for her to join the rest of the Final Dragon Chronicle figures in one of my bedroom cabinets. Originally, I wanted to take a picture of all six of my figures, but in the end, I felt it was better to take a picture of Sasara with two of her fellow To Heart 2 characters.
Up next for me is Anime USA, with a report about my purchases and the various cosplay that I saw being planned for next week.
