Today, Max Factory unveiled a prototype of an upcoming Figma - Makise Kurisu from Steins;Gate.
Gee, I wonder if she's a tsundere or something...
Apparently, Makise is very early in production, so she won't be available for a while (kind of like how King Kazma was first unveiled in April or May for a July pre-order and an October release). While she doesn't look bad by any means, she does look a little plain compared to some recent Figmas (Love Machine, the B*RS duo, the Kamen Riders, Metis, etc.). Regardless, if you like Steins;Gate or Figmas that can do the Gunbuster pose, keep your eyes peeled for this one. Also, why not get her a Stand?

A third repaint of The World (or Za Warudo, as many affectionately call it) is now available. This new repaint was created in response to the unusual situation that occurred with the previous releases. The original version (left) was wildly popular, and sold out quickly. In response to the demand, Medicos decided to release a second version (middle). However, the "berries-and-cream" version was poorly received, and ended up shelfwarming. Despite this, fans still wanted an alternative color palette, so Medicos had the original creator Hirohiko Araki design one last palette (in an homage to how the stand appeared in Capcom's fighting games).
Now available in Citrus, Mixed Berry, and Mocha flavors.
Anyway, if you're not a fan of the first two palettes or (like me) was first introduced to JoJo through the Capcom fighting games, this The World might be right up your alley.

Now how about re-releasing (or at least releasing a new palette for) Dio next, huh, Medicos?
