Синопсис:
История рассказывает о том, как несколько самых обыкновенных мальчишек и девчонок во время отдыха в летнем лагере попадают в параллельный, "Цифровой" мир. Они оказались там, потому что их выбрали в качестве так называемых "Диги-Рыцарей", задача которых - спасти Цифровой мир (а также и саму Землю - в последних сериях) от злых существ, которые хотят его уничтожить. Каждый ребенок получает себе помощника - "Дигимона" (небольшое живое говорящее существо, состоящее из цифровых данных), а также миниатюрное устройство для связи с ним - дигивайс. С помощью силы дигивайса дигимоны могут становиться более сильными существами, чтобы бороться против врагов или спасать своих партнеров-детей от опасностей.
