The Ushiabu, a.k.a. Wingworms, are one of the several species of giant multi-eyed insects which inhabit the toxic fungal forest growing over the Sea of Corruption, over a thousand years after the collapse of the industrial civilization.

Unlike the Ohmu, the Ushiabu are capable of flight, in spite of their large size. Like the Royal Yanmas, they can form swarms.
