Takuma Zaizen is the administrator of the STN-J and the Factory and Tōko's father. He sends captured witches to the Factory to transform their blood into the Orbo, a substance the STN-J Hunters use to stop witches. Zaizen is incinerated by Robin while he is escaping from an unsuccessful attempt on her life. He is voiced by Michihiro Ikemizu in Japanese and Jamieson Price in English.
