Evila, known by the title "The Ultimate Reporter", is a boss and minor antagonist in Space Channel 5. She is a reporter robot modeled after Ulala, and was made by the Morolians when they were under Chief Blank's control with the purpose to raise Channel 5's viewership.

Evila was later upgraded and copied into various security bots for Channel 5 studios and headquarters.

Although she shares a similar appearance to Ulala, Evila is a replica of her created by Blank to be seen as The Ultimate Reporter. Her body is a light grey, and her eyes are both a robotic black with white pupils. She has a purple headset and light blue hair tied in pigtails similar to Ulala. At the ends of these pigtails are two rings and an antenna-like orb, all of which is purple to match her headset. Her attire is similar to Ulala’s classic outfit, only that the colors are replaced with electric blue and black coloring, with purple insides. Her skirt also goes out farther to the sides and the hem is higher than Ulala's. The latter is likely for more physical appeal, given Blank's thirst for better ratings.

The description for Evila's action figure states that Evila is clever, dangerous, sleek and sassy.
