Jiron meets Toron in a town when the Iron Gear passes through and he shows interest in a bazooka that she also had been interested in. This leads to the two getting into a fist fight with each other. She later joins up with Jiron in battle, piloting a Walker Machine.

SpoilerToron is killed in this battle, upsetting Jiron greatly. Her influence however later assists the Iron Gear in joining up with the Solt organization.
