Yugi was the person manipulating the events in Tenchi in Tokyo. She was born on the planet Jurai, but was exiled from it for having strange mutant powers.

Yugi has the power to create creatures that do her bidding.

In addition to destructive creatures, Yugi created 3 humanoid henchmen: Hotsuma, Matori, and Tsugaru. However, the only person Yugi truely views as an equal is Sasami, whom she has befriended.
