Ettousaurus

A creature developed by Dr. Indigo using the chemical SIQ for Shiki's plot to use monstrous creatures to attack East Blue to force the World Government to submit to him.

It is a dinosaur-like creature that lives in snowy places. His overall colour is cyan, with some black spots. It has white fur over his back, tail, around his head and under its mouth. It also has large antlers.

It appears in One Piece Film: Strong World, attacking a giant snake, and then trying to attack a little girl, but it was defeated by Zoro. Other two Ettosaurus are seen running to the main island of Merveille.
