I do have one point of confusion about this figure: it says that the origin is Shingetsutan Tsukihime, the anime. However, neither Neko-Arc nor normal Arcueid came from the anime - normal Arcueid made her debut in the original Tsukihime visual novel, and Neko-Arc only appears in the MELTY BLOOD fighting games.

nope, Wiki says that she's "Ark", GSC - "Arc"

Well, the Japanese characters are "猫アルク," or Neko Aruku. However, the menus on the Melty BLood games use "Neko-Arc," so I'm assuming that would be the way to go.
As for the character herself, yeah, Neko-Arc is an alternate form of Arcueid, playable as a joke character (the Dan Hibiki of Melty Blood, if you will). Since her name contains a shortened version of Arcueid, which is romanized with a c, I don't see why Neko-Arc shouldn't be spelt with a c.
