Ureu Mono is a mysterious man that has a strange fascination with people. Although he has a very sinister appearance, and his motives can come across as evil, he is actually a very kind person. He refers the Protagonist as the "Shining One" and is very fond of him. In the last day, he reveals himself as the eighth and last Septentrione, Alcor and has existed for thousands of years and is the creator of Nicaea and the demon summoning program. He is also known as "Al Saiduq" should the Protagonist choose to side with him.
