Sailor Teacher was a Phage created when Sailor Iron Mouse removed Wataru Amanogawa's Star Seed.

After reading a newspaper article about the comet that Wataru Amanogawa had discovered fifteen years earlier, Sailor Iron Mouse went to his house in her guise as Chuuko Nezu, the Ginga TV producer. After some confusion due to the out-of-date photograph in the newspaper, the Animamate revealed her true identity and removed his Star Seed, but was disappointed to discover that it was a blank.

Ami, who was there to watch the comet, emerged from the house then and discovered what was going on. Sailor Iron Mouse departed then and Ami was attacked by the Phage. Sailor Star Maker arrived and attempted to use Star Gentle Uterus on Sailor Teacher, but Ami interfered, refusing to allow anything to happen to her favorite teacher. Eternal Sailor Moon fortunately arrived, and after Sailor Star Maker stunned the Phage by using her attack with only half its power, Sailor Moon used Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss to return it to normal.

Sailor Teacher had light grey skin and green hair, and wore a mask over his eyes. He wore clothing based on the Juuban Municipal High School uniform, with the addition of a pair of chalkboard erasers stuck to his upper arms. He also had a pencil stuck behind one ear, and carried a large extendable pointer.

Sailor Teacher attacked by either throwing pieces of chalk at his opponent or attacking with the pointer. As he attacked, he ordered his target to "study hard."
