Octavia is a woman serving Mendoza who knows the truth behind his witch hunt against the Makai Knights and Priests. She pledged her loyalty to Mendoza after losing faith in the gods and witnessing firsthand the power the "devil" wields, claiming that Mendoza's power is more substantial and thus worthy of worship and servitude. She becomes his servant under the condition that she is never to touch him.
