Ryusei Sakuta (朔田 流星 Sakuta Ryūsei) is a mysterious young man who transfers to AGHS in Gentaro's class. He is initially part of the Anti-Zodiarts Union (反ゾディアーツ同盟 Han Zodiātsu Dōmei) and fights as Kamen Rider Meteor (仮面ライダーメテオ Kamen Raidā Meteo). He originally attended Subaruboshi High School (昴星高校 Subaruboshi Kōkō), transferring to AGHS and weaseling his way into the Kamen Rider Club in order to track down the yet to manifest Aries Zodiarts for his personal agenda. After the Aries Zodiarts makes his appearance and his identity as Kamen Rider Meteor is revealed to the members of the Kamen Rider Club, Ryusei properly joins the Kamen Rider Club as an official member and one of Gentaro's friends.
