There is going to be a good amount of stuff for pre-order this month from ThreeA.
The first item of the month is the Christmas Tomorrow Queen AKA "xxxmas tq" she will go on sale at on November 18th 9:00 AM Hong-Kong time and will ship in time for the holiday. She will be very limited so if you want one make sure to be on time. No word on her price yet but I think it would be safe to assume she will cost about $100 USD.
Next up is the Bertie MK3 witch will be available in two types one with the big canons as seen in the pictures and one without them but comes with the shotgun form the second picture. (I wouldn't be surprised if there was a third unannounced color as well) These will go on sale at on November 26th 9:00 AM Hong-Kong time. No word on The price yet but I think it would be around $250-300 USD.
And finally are some Large Martin's (1/12 scale) that will be available from regular relaters. I don't know if these will be available this month or not but they will be soon.
Edit: The LM are starting to show up on some sites expect to pay about $50 USD for one, there is also a fifth color.

Do you know an English term "chav"? Not-too-wealthy, uneducated, rude and aggressive young town people, seeking for conflict? We in Russia have many of them, thought they are called differently.
This TQ REALLY looks like chav girl, with her dress, blond hair and make-up.

I'm going to skip this TQ as well as I already have 4 of them and two of them have red outfits. I want to focus on getting some Tomorrow Kings now. An even amount to Kings and Queens would be nice.

In Russia we have some people like that, they are called "govnari", which literally means "shitters" (of course it's outside people who call them so).
They are untidy schoolboys and girls listening to so called contemporary russian rock - shitty punk and alternative bands. Funny thing is that juggalos you mentioned are followers of Insane Clown Posse (I guess it's the band name). In Russia govnars are very often follow a band with a somehow parallel name "The King and The Fool" and they also love that shitty-shit corpse paint. I guess cultural patterns (even the shitty ones) are the same in most countries
