В общем, вспомнил я, что давно не спрашивал HLJ и про доставку морем.
И спросил. Тут я вроде не видел новостей на эту тему.
И вот ответ:

Thank you for your ongoing support and patience while we waited for more shipping options to return to Russia.
As you know, Japan Post offers Surface Mail as a cost-effective shipping solution. Many customers have requested this option to be implemented. Well, you asked for it and we listened- Surface Parcel to Russia is now beginning to roll out! We are currently taking shipments in limited numbers during our trial phase.
Important Information And Conditions For Shipment:
Maximum length: 1.05m
Maximum package size: 2m (Longest dimension plus the girth)
Weight limit: 20 kg
Shipping time: about 1-3 months
Please note that if an order exceeds the above dimensions, we will be unable to ship the package and will contact you regarding how to proceed.
A tracking number is included with this shipping option. Please be aware that HobbyLink Japan can only cover up to 10,000 yen of the order if the package is declared lost. An official inquiry with Japan Post is required before a package can be officially declared lost by the postal service.
If you are interested in this option, please reply to this message with a list of items you wish to ship, and we will get back to you with a price quote. Currently you do not have any items in your Private Warehouse, but we can still get an estimate for you.
Once the shipping cost has been confirmed and the items are in your Private Warehouse, an order will be manually created on our end. Once the package has left our warehouse, you will receive a Shipping Notice with your tracking information enclosed as normal.
